Social Trading and Rating Services will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. Existing positions will remain unaffected; however, no new copy actions (including opening or closing orders) will be executed while the service is offline. Please also note that if the maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, the copy trading services will come back online and resume earlier.
Any trading actions performed by the Provider during the downtime (including opening or closing orders) will be copied once the service comes back online. As a result, Followers’ trades may be executed at a different price and/or time compared to the Provider if those actions occur during the maintenance window. Followers should expect potential price deviations for trades taken by the Provider during the maintenance period.

During this time, each datacenter will reboot by region in a sequence to avoid full impact. There will be temporary disconnections between the datacenters and the trade servers. There may be situations where normal login is not possible. There will be no impact to trade servers or pricing. You can continue trading normally.
