We would like to inform our clients that Fortive Corporation (FTV.NYS) has announced the spin-off of a new company, Ralliant Corporation (RAL.NYS), which will take effect on Monday, 30th June 2025.

Price Adjustment:
From the market open on 30th June 2025, FTV.NYS will begin trading at its post-spin-off adjusted price.
Because RAL.NYS will not be available on our platform, clients holding positions in FTV will be cash-adjusted based on:
The opening price of RAL.NYS on 30th June 2025, and
The entitlement of ⅓ of one RAL share per FTV share
How the Cash Adjustment Works:
Buy (Long) Positions:
Cash Credit = Lot size × Contract size × (RAL open price ÷ 3)Sell (Short) Positions:
Cash Debit = Lot size × Contract size × (RAL open price ÷ 3)
Example:
If you hold 1 lot (100 contracts) long FTV at market close on Friday, 27th June 2025, and RAL opens at $3.00 on Monday:
Cash credit = 1 × 100 × 3 ÷ 3 = $100
→ You will receive $100 in cash
